The regular weekend disruptions to Tube travel were worse than ever. Two people (at different times) turned up outside the "Ideal Morgue" in Queen Victoria Street. I only saw one person going in.

I was able to observe the crowds (three people - at most - it is in a shared office building) thronging to the IAS 4th Dynamic Seminar at the Celebrity Centre.

A grand(?) total of four people picketed outside the "Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Centre". The doors were locked, apart from when they let a woman (and her bicycle) out.

ATTENTION ALL FSMS NEW QUARTERLY TRAINING AWARDS GAME FOR BOOK SALES TO NEW PUBLIC 4th QUARTER 1 October (retroactive) through 31 December 2011.

As a Field Staff Member or an aspiring Field Staff Member, you are now fully armed for dissemination with the release of the Basics Books and Lectures, Beginning Books in paperback and audio format and DVDs that explain graphically the fundamental principles of Dianetics and Scientology (How to Use Dianetics and The Problems of Work DVDs) as well as our first ever LRH Book on film (The Way To Happiness DVD).

For the first time in the history of Scientology we have the Technology exactly as LRH intended. Now, with the addition of these Beginning Books packages in 50 languages, there are absolutely no barriers, to getting everyone and everywhere onto the Bridge to Total Freedom!

The purpose of an FSM is:

This purpose is accomplished by personally contacting individuals and personally introducing them to Scientology through a book. In fact LRH says the following in HCO PL 28 APRIL 1960, BOOKS ARE DISSEMINATION:

Making sure that interested people get books is making sure that they will continue their interest.

If you think you can interest a person in Scientology and yet avoid your responsibility in getting him or her to read books on the subject, you are wasting a tremendous amount of effort.LRH

THE NEW GAME!

Field Staff Members who sell books, audio books, or the above mentioned DVDs to raw public, who then turn in the name, address and (where possible) the phone number and e-mail address of the new public to the Director of Public Book Sales, will be awarded for their production in keeping with the following scale.

Any books sold are cumulative for the quarter. The 1st quarter game runs from 1 October 2011 through 31 December 2011 a 3-month period. Training awards are cumulative and can be carried forward to other quarterly games.

Books Sold: 25

Award: 2 of the Basics Book courses or equivalent in training awards

Books Sold: 50

Award: HQS course or equivalent in training awards

Books Sold: 75

Award: TR’s and Objectives co-audit or Student Hat, or M1 co-audit course or equivalent in training awards

Books Sold: 100

Award: ¼ Academy Level plus 2 of the Basics Book courses or equivalent in training awards

Books Sold: 150

Award: ½ Academy Level plus 3 of the Basics Book courses or equivalent in training awards

Books Sold: 200

Award: ¾ Academy Level or equivalent in training awards

Books Sold: 230

Award: Professional TR’s Course

Books Sold: 250

Award: Any Academy level or its equivalent in training awards

RULES OF THE GAME

1. In order to receive the training awards listed above, the FSM must send in a written request to the FSM In-Charge via the Dir Public Book Sales, in which the FSM must provide the following information: The name, address and (where possible) phone number and e-mail address of each person the FSM sold a book to,

The date of each book sale,

The total number of books sold by the FSM within the quarter The amount of training awards being claimed by the FSM.

2. Upon FSM I/C approval the awards are issued to the FSM’s account. The training awards are non-transferrable between org accounts and can only be used by the Field Staff Member who earned them or their immediate family.

3. Training awards do not expire but can accumulate on an FSM’s account.

4. In the case of a group selling books, the same scale above applies to the group’s book sales. The awards are placed on the group’s account and are used by the members of that group only. Note: in the case of group training awards given in this game, only members of the group may use earned training awards, not family members of group members.

GAME ADMINISTRATION

The Director of Public Book Sales is responsible for collecting all names, addresses, dates of sales etc from the Field Staff Members as proof of their production. The FSM In-Charge is responsible for verifying the FSM’s or Group’s written requests for training awards and getting these to the FSM’s account.
